Bethany Tupper is a Client Experience Manager at IIG. With over twelve years of experience in client service and relationship management, Bethany oversees client onboarding, day-to-day account servicing, and the overall client experience across IIG's book of business.

Prior to joining IIG, Bethany worked with several carriers serving in various roles from training and complaint handling to new business and post issue servicing. In these roles, she built strong client relationships, streamlined service workflows, and partnered with internal teams to deliver responsive, high-touch support to clients across diverse industries.
